A summer with a great balance and an extraordinary September made this vintage a great one, also because the process of maturation of the Sangiovese grapes was just perfect.
Our Rosso 2010 can anticipate how great it will be in 3 years the Brunello wine thanks to this amazing vintage.
The harvest, which took place, traditionally, in the beginning of October, allowed us to collect healthy grapes with an excellent quality.
The fermentation needed an accurate control of the temperature to get a perfect extraction of color.
Thanks to a 10 months aging in oak barrels of HL.25, this wine has an extra classic touch in addition to the freshness characteristic of the Rosso di Montalcino.
This great Rosso will be able to satisfy the taste of the most demanding wine expert and it will give pleasant surprises if it will be “forgotten” in the cellar for a long time.
